Role: Visual design for print and web + Brand building.

Achievements:

  • Sustained annual growth of 15%-20% in sales and profitability through organic website traffic attraction, combined with in-person sales and on-site campaigns for Apple products, IT Infrastructure, and financing services + technical support to national and international scale companies
  • Clean layouts helped consolidate a brand perception of authority, modernity, and trust.
  • Acquisition of the “Apple Business Partner” status, assigned to distributors with annual sales ranging between USD$5MM and $25MM.

Summary

Makro Office is a company that started selling standard office supplies in 1995, and gradually evolved to offer a wide range of services nested into three pillars: I.T infrastructure, support, and Cloud development for companies operating on the fields of finance, food, advertising, pharmaceutical and education.

We've been working together since 2012 designing and developing their corporate communication across different channels: services portfolio (print & digital), keynotes, mailings, and a new website that got launched during the course of 2025.

Role: Graphic Design, UI/Web design, UX auditor, Web Master.

Achievements:

  • 100% fulfillment of annual action plans for the communications and IT areas.
  • By co-creating clean formats and modern designs, we brought the Superintendency closer to the public while maintaining a sense of authority, credibility, service, and trust.
  • Helped educate the public on their rights and responsibilities through clear and accessible digital content.

Summary

I was hired to serve as a bridge between both the communications and IT departments to Supervise and support the conceptualization and design of landing pages + digital graphic pieces (banners, infographics, social media posts, landing pages, newsletters, interactive content for institutional bulletins such as NotiSIC, Consumo Inteligente, and Ruta PI) while maintaining the visual guidelines from the Government's brand book used between 2018 and 2022.

2021: Helped UX Designers/Engineers to make audits to solve structural and usability issues within the Entity's portal (site navigation, urls, hierarchy, contrast, alt texts, keyboard navigation, file optimization), the same as contributing to build and maintain dynamic content (Blocks, views, module management) in Drupal and interactive content for monthly and quarterly digital newsletters (NotiSIC, Consumo Inteligente, Ruta PI) .

Client: MOTOGHOFEN (formerly known as KTM TORQUE)
Agency: Independent. (2023-2024)
Role: Creative direction, visual design/prototyping in Figma, and landing page development in Drupal 10. Writing.

Achievements:

  • Thanks to storytelling, we elevated brand perception so the audience understands the service centre's trajectory, expertise and intention to set a legacy in terms of high quality service of technical services for both KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles.
  • Helped increase follower base by 3000+ since website was launched in November 2023.
  • Helped position a "think global-apply local" mindset by getting international visitors from Spain, Sweden, United States and Austria.
  • Improved appointment bookings by 25% just by adding a WhatsApp button and GPS links so new visitors can easily reach the shop to get service.

Summary

I'm a fan of motorcycles and a motorcyclist myself, one of those who like to get dirty in the mud and don't fear (but respects) the rain.

I met Carlos (the founder/owner of MOTOGHOFEN) more than a year ago at a motorcycling event, and being amazed with his extensive knowledge and passion on the matter, I became one of his customers and trusted him and his team with my Husqvarna.

We became friends and Carlos told me about the upcoming plans of renewing his brand with some creative people, but he had no idea about anyone who could build a self-manageable landing page to match MOTOGOFEN's new brand identity.

It's nice to have cool friends.

Ideas and life experiences came and went, so he asked if I wanted to take the challenge; little he knew that I was taking [mental] notes from the very begining to help him narrate his dream's story in a bold but empathic language.

Ingeniar Risk Intelligence

Agency: Pixel Club SAS (multiple colaborators. 2017-2020).
Role: Website planning, UI and icon design, custom fields development and some CSS deployment.

Achievement:

  • Helped consolidate the firm's international presence as a strategic ally for national and international organizations such as the World Bank, IDB, local Governments among others, to talk about environmental Risk management matters caused as a result of a rapid and disorderly expansion of urban centers, socioeconomic factors and natural disasters.

Summary

Ingeniar Risk Intelligence is a company specialized in providing services on the fields of engineering, planning and public policy, with an emphasis on the assessment of natural hazards.

Due to the firm's international presence, we built a bilingual website using Drupal CMS to be easily managed on a frequent basis by any of the Ingeniar's team members.

Client: Santo & Seña bookstore.
Agency: Pixel Club SAS. (2017-2020)
Role: Graphic design, landing page & mockup designs plus content management on their [former] webstore.

Achievement:

  • Helped to attract both local and international buyers from different parts of the world.
  • By using the website's modular design to build catchy images and page layouts, we helped position the book store on the top list to sell thousands of products related to Music, analog & digital photography, objects, books and cult films appealing to young audiences, collectors, and elder people having a keen eye for good design and literature.

Summary

Santo & Seña is a quirky bookshop which came to life from an alliance between PixelClub and Rey Naranjo Editores. The place talks the digital language without abandoning the analog vibes nor the social experiences offered through books, movies, drinks, objects, workshops, friends and music.

Created mockups for different product categories, wrote articles, retouched photos, and also designed and published landing pages to showcase relevant information about new objects, music and movies.
It's nice to have some creative freedom.
